What is the Data Migration tab?

The Data Migration tab displays all tickets that have been imported from your previous ticketing platform into TUGI.

Who handles the data migration process?

All data imports are performed by the TUGI team for your account.

How can I request a data import?

To request a new data import, contact your Customer Success Manager. They will guide you through the process and coordinate the migration with the TUGI team.

What file format is required for data migration?

All data must be provided in CSV format.

Who can access the Data Migration tab?

All user roles in TUGI have access to this tab.
