Log In to Tugi
This guide will walk you through the steps to log in to Tugi. Follow these instructions to access your account securely.
Step 1: Open the Login Page
- Open your preferred web browser.
- Navigate to the Tugi login page by entering the following URL in the address bar: https://app.tugi.ai/
Step 2: Enter Your Credentials
- In the Email field, enter your registered email address.
- In the Password field, enter your password.
- Click the “Login”-button. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your dashboard.
Step 3: Logging Out
- To ensure security, always log out after using the system.
- Click on your profile icon (bottom left corner) and select Log Out.
Password Recovery
If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account.
1. Go to the Login Page
- Open your web browser and navigate to the Tugi login page by entering the following URL in the address bar: https://app.tugi.ai/
- Click on the Forgot Password? link below the login fields.
2. Enter Your Email Address
- In the password recovery field, enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click on the Send Reset Link button.
3. Check Your Email
- Open your email inbox and look for an email from Tugi Tark with the subject Password Reset Request.
- If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the email and click on the Reset Password link.
- You will be redirected to a secure page to create a new password.
4. Set a New Password
- Enter a new password that meets the security requirements.
- The password must contain at least 8 characters, and include both uppercase and lowecase letters, one number and symbol.
- The password can't be the same one as the past 3 passwords.
- Confirm your new password by entering it again.
- Click the Reset Password button.
5. Log In with Your New Password
- Return to the Tugi's login page.
- Enter your email and newly created password.
- Click Log In to access your account.
