Follow the steps in this guide to set up email support in Tugi. We'll walk you through configuring your email addresses and domains to ensure smooth handling of support requests across all your markets.
Step 1: Provide support emails
- Go to TUGI > Configure > Brands > choose the brand you wish to modify and scroll down to the part of “End user support email” and “Support reply from email”.
- Fill your support email addresses.
- Note: When the setup is finished, all emails from that address are being forwarded and handled in TUGI.
- Press “Set email settings”

Multiple support emails for different markets?
If your brand has multiple support emails for different markets, e.g.
- asiakaspalvelu@brand.com (Finnish market)
- soporte@brand.com (Spanish market)
- support@brand.com (US, Canada, NZ… markets)
You can add the different addresses to “Support reply from email” part. Separate the different addresses with “;” mark. You can either add email aliases, or, if they are their own separate email inboxes, please remember to set up forwarding to them as well as described in Step 3.

Step 2: Domain Ownership Verification
- After completing Step 1, Tugi will provide you with the necessary DNS records to verify your domain ownership.
- Copy and paste the records shown in “DNS records required” to your domain's DNS Settings, to verify the domain ownership.
- E.g., if your support email is “support@casino-1.com”, you will need to verify the ownership of the domain “casino-1.com”.

3. After you have succesfully set the DNS records, go back to TUGI, and press “Verify DNS Settings”-button.
4. If the records were set correctly, the “DNS Settings” will turn into green and “Verified” text will appear.

- During the account creation, we've shared with you your unique Brand ID. The forwarding address is brand_id@tugi.ai
- Inside of your Email Hosting Service, you will need to create a forwarding rule so that all emails received on the "End User Support Email" from Step 1 are automatically forwarded to the aforementioned email.
